We process personal data confidentially and in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process personal data solely for the purposes listed below, based on your consent, the performance of a contract (treatment contract), a legal obligation (health insurance law, retention of patient records) or an overriding legitimate interest (secure operation of the website).
This website is hosted on the Lovable platform (Lovable AB, Sweden) and delivered via the global edge network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Technical connection data (in particular your IP address) may therefore be disclosed to the USA, based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and their Swiss equivalents.
We use Doctena (Doctena Group SA, Luxembourg) for appointment bookings. The data you enter there (name, contact details, preferred appointment, reason for treatment if given) is transmitted to Doctena for the purpose of scheduling. Luxembourg is recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection. Details: doctena.ch/datenschutz.
All staff of the practice are bound by professional and medical confidentiality under Art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code. Medical data is disclosed to third parties (e.g. insurers, co-treating physicians) only with your explicit consent or where legally required.
This website uses cookies and comparable technologies for technical, analytical and marketing purposes. On your first visit a cookie banner asks for your consent; non-essential services are activated only after you agree. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin). The Tag Manager itself sets no cookies and collects no personal data; it only manages the tags described below. Once a tag fires, the privacy terms of the respective service apply. More: policies.google.com/privacy.
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to analyse website usage statistically. Cookies are set and data such as your (anonymised) IP address, page views, session duration, device information and interactions are recorded. Data is stored on Google servers in the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A data processing agreement is in place and IP anonymisation is enabled. Retention: 14 months. Legal basis: consent.
With your consent we use Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Ireland Limited) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. If you reach our website through a Google ad and complete a defined action (e.g. contact, appointment booking), a cookie records that conversion. Retention: 90 days. Legal basis: consent.
With your consent we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Dublin) to define website visitors as an advertising audience on Facebook and Instagram and to measure ad effectiveness. Information such as your (hashed) IP address, browser type, pages visited and — if you are logged in to Meta — your Meta account is transmitted to Meta. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Retention: up to 180 days. Legal basis: consent. More: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Note on health data: as a healthcare provider, we point out expressly that your visit to this website may allow conclusions about your health interests. If you do not want this, we recommend declining non-essential tracking services.
