These terms govern the contractual relationship between the practice of Dr. med. Anna Margareta Wagner and her patients.
Appointments can be booked online or by phone. A surgical appointment can be cancelled free of charge up to one week before the procedure. For later cancellations, 50 % of the agreed fee is charged; for non-attendance, 100 %.
Consultation appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations or non-attendance, a fee of CHF 100 applies.
Where medically indicated, the initial consultation is billed under Swiss basic health insurance; deductible and co-payment may apply. The procedure itself is usually self-funded. Where symptoms are clearly functional, we assess insurance coverage case by case. Without insurance cover — for example for patients from abroad — the initial consultation costs CHF 195. Surgical procedures are invoiced before the operation.
Detailed information is provided before every procedure. Consent may be withdrawn up until immediately before the procedure.
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.
