When do I receive the written report?

Within 48 hours of the appointment, as a structured medical report.

What does a follow-up cost?

CHF 50 per started 10 minutes, bookable directly as “Follow-up 10 min” via Doctena.

Can prescriptions be issued?

No. The video consultation is medical advice and a second opinion. Prescriptions cannot be issued without a physical examination.

Is the consultation suitable for emergencies?

No. In acute cases please contact your local emergency service immediately (Switzerland 144, EU 112).

Is the video recorded?

No. No video or audio recording is made; only the written report is documented.

Which documents should I send in advance?

Previous findings, laboratory values, imaging and past treatments — up to 3, 10 or 20 documents depending on the format booked.

What happens if an appointment is cancelled?

In rare cases an appointment may be postponed due to an urgent medical emergency. We then offer a replacement appointment promptly.
